Installation of Our SMT Production Lines Has Begun
ECO-Elektronik Kft. has reached a significant milestone with the successful installation of our first and second SMT production lines, marking a new era in our electronics manufacturing capacity.
Building SMT Manufacturing Capacity
Our journey began in 2020, when, with decades of SMT manufacturing experience, we decided to establish our own production facility and SMT production lines. In the final phase of the project, we implemented the compressed air system, electrical network, UTP network, and central exhaust system for the reflow ovens, enabling us to begin installing the first two SMT production lines in August 2023.
Advanced SMT Technology for Efficient Manufacturing
Our newly installed SMT production lines incorporate cutting-edge technology, ensuring precise, fast, and reliable PCB assembly (PCBA) and component placement for our partners. Our key manufacturing equipment includes:
- Siplace HS-60 and HF-3 placement machines – high-speed and precise component mounting.
- KohYoung 3D AOI and VI 5K AOI inspection systems – automated optical inspection for defect-free production.
- Vitronics Soltec Reflow Oven – ensuring optimal soldering quality.
Expanding SMT Production Capacity
Our production lines are flexible and adaptable to meet our partners’ specific needs, providing optimized SMT manufacturing solutions for every project. Our facility is designed to accommodate four high-speed SMT production lines, and we are currently working on installing the third and fourth SMT lines to further expand our capacity.
