ECO-Elektronik’s production lines use modern SMT technology to provide our customers with precise and efficient production solutions. We have designed our modern machine park to meet the most diverse needs, from prototypes to large series production.

KohYoung 3D Solder Paste Inspection machine

The KohYoung system produces real 3D images of the solder paste, enabling accurate volume, area and height measurements. This ensures that the solder paste prints meets the highest standards.

Siemens Siplace
HS60 and
HF3 machines

The installed four high-speed SMT production lines, with the help of two Siplace HS-60 and one Siplace HF-3 machine per line, can reach a production speed of 145,000 CPH per line.

Vitronics Soltec Reflow oven

This advanced technological solution ensures precise temperature and time control of SMD soldering processes, which is crucial for reliable and error-free results.

VI 5K AOI automated
optical inspection

VI 5K AOI uses high-quality cameras and advanced software to detect the smallest defects, such as soldering problems, incorrect component placement, or missing components.

VI 5K AOI and X-ray inspection are capable of early detection of the smallest defects, thus minimizing scrap. The QR code identification supports full traceability, so all our products meet even the most stringent requirements.
